At Amrutdhara Ghee, we are committed to delivering high-quality and pure cow ghee to our customers. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product arrived with leakage or broken packaging.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue

Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the bank account or UPI details provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
